Where can I stream TV online for free?

Well I know of the site hulu… but that wont work…. I want to watch the last episode of gossip girl, the season 2 finaly, episode 25, "the goodbye gossip girl" If i go to cw website, they havent added the ast episode yet… i tried you tube, but i cannot find a full episode, or even the right parts to put together for a full episode…..
I dont want to go to those websites where you have to complete a survey to watch because i belong to GPT site…
I also dont want to download some toolbar to watch it…
so are there anysite like hulu? Its not on hulu…..
